Composition (per 5 mL)

• Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride – 2 mg

• L-Lysine Hydrochloride – 150 mg

• Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) – 2 mg

• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) – 1 mg

• Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) – 15 mg

• Dexpanthenol (Vitamin B5) – 4.5 mg

Primary Indications

• Stimulation of appetite in individuals with poor feeding or undernourishment

• Weight gain support in children and adults

• Supplementation during convalescence, growth periods, or malnutrition

• Improves nutrient absorption and metabolism

Dosage and Administration

• Adults: 10 mL, 3 times daily before meals

• Children (7–12 years): 10 mL, 2–3 times daily

• Children (2–6 years): 5 mL, 2–3 times daily

• Shake well before use

• Use only under medical supervision

Pharmacological Action

• Cyproheptadine stimulates appetite by acting on the hypothalamus

• L-Lysine promotes growth and tissue repair

• B-complex vitamins support energy metabolism and nutritional balance

Side Effects

• Common: Drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, increased appetite, weight gain

• Less common: Nausea, blurred vision, constipation

• Serious: Confusion, fast heartbeat, difficulty urinating, allergic reaction

Warnings and Precautions

• Not suitable for children under 2 years

• Avoid in liver disease, glaucoma, urinary retention, elderly without supervision

• May cause sedation – avoid driving or operating machinery

• Avoid alcohol and other sedatives

• Do not exceed the recommended dose

Overdose Symptoms

• Extreme drowsiness

• Seizures

• Rapid heartbeat

• Mental confusion
  Seek immediate medical attention.
