DESCRIPTION:
Benylin Chesty Cough Syrup is a non-drowsy oral liquid used to relieve productive (wet) coughs. It contains guaifenesin, an expectorant that helps loosen and thin mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up and clear chest congestion.

USES (INDICATIONS):

• Relief of chesty or productive cough

• Helps break down and expel thick mucus

• Useful in colds, bronchitis, and other respiratory infections with chest congestion

HOW IT WORKS:
Guaifenesin works by increasing the volume and reducing the thickness of mucus in the lungs. This helps clear the airways and reduces coughing caused by mucus buildup.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Adults and children over 12 years: Take 10 mL every 4 hours

• Maximum daily dose: 60 mL in 24 hours

• Use a proper measuring cup or spoon

• Shake well before use

• Do not exceed the stated dose

• Not recommended for children under 12 years unless advised by a doctor
