DESCRIPTION:
Betnovate Cream is a white, smooth topical medication containing betamethasone valerate, a strong corticosteroid. It is used to treat inflammation, redness, itching, and swelling caused by various skin conditions.

USES (INDICATIONS):
Betnovate Cream is prescribed to treat skin problems such as:

• Eczema

• Psoriasis

• Contact dermatitis

• Seborrheic dermatitis

• Lichen simplex

• Insect bite reactions

• Allergic rashes

HOW IT WORKS:
Betamethasone valerate reduces skin inflammation by suppressing the release of chemicals that cause irritation and immune reactions. This helps control itching, redness, and swelling.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Apply a small amount to the affected area once or twice daily

• Gently rub in a thin layer

• Wash hands after application unless treating the hands

• Use only for short periods unless advised by a doctor

• Do not apply to broken or infected skin unless prescribed

• Avoid use under bandages unless instructed
