Bonjela Adult Mouth ulcer gel

What It Is

Bonjela (Adult) is a topical oral gel used to relieve mouth ulcers, sore gums, and dentures-related pain. It contains a local analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent to reduce pain and swelling directly at the site.

Active Ingredients

• Choline Salicylate (8.7%) – reduces inflammation and pain

• Cetalkonium Chloride – an antiseptic that helps prevent infection

Uses

• Relief of mouth ulcers

• Soothing sore spots from dentures or braces

• Reducing discomfort from cold sores (external use only)

• Sometimes used for minor gum inflammation or irritation

 How to Use

• Apply a small amount (pea-sized) of gel directly onto the sore area

• Gently massage in with a clean finger

• Use up to every 3 hours, as needed

• Do not eat or drink immediately after applying

 Warnings

• Not suitable for children under 16, due to salicylate content (risk of Reye’s syndrome)

• Do not use if allergic to aspirin, salicylates, or any ingredients in the gel

• May cause mild burning or stinging upon application

• Avoid contact with eyes and large open wounds

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place, below 25°C

• Keep out of reach of children

• Do not use past the expiry date
