Calpol 6+ Syrup

What is Calpol 6+?

Calpol 6+ is a sugar- and colour-free paracetamol syrup for children aged 6 years and older. It helps relieve pain and reduce fever caused by colds, sore throats, earaches, or after vaccinations.

Active Ingredient

• Paracetamol 250 mg per 5 ml

Dosage Guidelines

• Ages 6–8 years: 5 ml, up to 4 times a day

• Ages 8–10 years: 7.5 ml, up to 4 times a day

• Ages 10–12 years: 10 ml, up to 4 times a day

• Ages 12–16 years: 10–15 ml, up to 4 times a day

Always wait at least 4 hours between doses and do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose to avoid liver damage.

• Avoid giving other paracetamol-containing medicines at the same time.

• Shake well before use.

• If symptoms last more than 3 days or worsen, consult a healthcare professional.
