What It Is

Haemoglobin Letap is an oral hematinic syrup formulated to treat and prevent anemia caused by iron or vitamin B₁₂ deficiency, such as in pregnancy, infancy, or chronic illness.

Key Ingredients (per 5 mL)

• Iron (via ferrous ammonium citrate) – rebuilds hemoglobin

• Folic acid – supports red blood cell formation and fetal development

• Vitamin B₁₂ – essential for nerve function and healthy blood

• Trace minerals (e.g., copper, manganese) – aid iron absorption and metabolism

Uses & Benefits

• Boosts hemoglobin and iron stores

• Helps relieve symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath

• Supports growth in children, pregnancy needs, and recovery from illness or blood loss

Typical Dosage

• Adults: 5–10 mL once or twice daily after meals

• Children: 2.5–5 mL once or twice daily (per medical advice)
