 Composition (per 5 ml) Paracetamol – 125 mg (Analgesic/Antipyretic)

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate – 1 mg (Antihistamine)

• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride – 2.5 mg (Decongestant)

Uses / Indications:

• Relief of symptoms associated with:

  • Common cold

  • Fever

  • Runny nose

  • Nasal congestion

  • Allergic sneezing and watery eyes

Dosage (Children):

• 1–5 years: 2.5–5 ml every 6–8 hours

• 6–12 years: 5 ml every 6 hours

• Maximum: 4 doses in 24 hours

Always use a proper measuring device. Avoid overdose.

Common Side Effects:

• Drowsiness (due to chlorpheniramine)

• Mild dry mouth, nausea, or dizziness

• Rare: allergic skin rash

Precautions:

• Do not give with other paracetamol-containing products

• Avoid in children under 1 year unless directed by a doctor

• Use caution in children with asthma, diabetes, or hypertension

• May cause drowsiness — avoid activities requiring alertness

Storage:

• Store below 30°C

• Protect from sunlight

• Keep out of reach of children
