Samalin Junior Syrup

Samalin Junior Syrup is a children’s cough medicine used to relieve dry or chesty cough, nasal congestion, and throat irritation in children.
It contains Diphenhydramine (an antihistamine) to reduce coughing and Ammonium Chloride (an expectorant) to loosen mucus.
Also includes Menthol to soothe the throat and make breathing easier.

Uses:

• Treats cough due to cold, flu, or allergies

• Eases chest congestion and promotes mucus clearance

• Calms irritated airways and helps children sleep better

Dosage 

• Children 6–12 years: 5–10 mL every 3–4 hours as needed

• Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours

• Not recommended for children under 6 unless prescribed

Side Effects:

• Drowsiness, dry mouth, upset stomach

• Restlessness or sleep disturbances in some children

Precautions:

• Avoid giving with other cough or cold medicines

• Use with caution in children with asthma or liver issues

• Always follow the dosage instructions on the label or from your doctor

• Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place
