Tres Orix Forte Syrup 100ml

Tres Orix Forte is a nutritional supplement syrup that combines cyproheptadine (appetite stimulant), essential vitamins, and amino acids. It is commonly prescribed for people with poor appetite, undernutrition, or weight loss, including children and adults.

Composition (per 5 ml dose)

• Cyproheptadine orotate – 1.5 mg (antihistamine with appetite stimulant effect)

• Lysine hydrochloride – 150 mg (essential amino acid that aids growth and appetite)

• Carnitine HCl – 150 mg (boosts metabolism and energy)

• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) – 2 mg

• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) – 2 mg

• Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) – 2 µg

Onset & Duration

Side Effects

• Less common: Mild abdominal discomfort, fatigue

• Should not be used in glaucoma, urinary retention, enlarged prostate, or by those with allergies to cyproheptadine

Drug Interactions

• May enhance sedation with alcohol, sleeping pills, or other antihistamines
