Vitamin K Injection is used to treat or prevent bleeding caused by vitamin K deficiency, reverse warfarin overdose, and support blood clotting. It contains phytomenadione (vitamin K₁) and is given IM, IV, or SC based on urgency. Generally safe when administered correctly; rare reactions may include flushing or allergic responses.

Indications

Dosage & Administration

Side Effects & Precautions
