Zubes Adult Cough Mixture is a herbal-based liquid cough remedy commonly used in Ghana and other West African countries. It is designed to relieve both dry and chesty coughs, soothe sore throats, and ease cold-related symptoms.

Key Ingredients:

• Menthol – Cools the throat and reduces irritation.

• Aniseed oil – Helps loosen mucus and soothe coughing.

• Clove oil – Known for its mild numbing and anti-inflammatory effects.

• Ginger extract – Reduces throat inflammation and supports immunity.

• Capsicum tincture – A warming agent that promotes circulation and soothes chest tightness.

• Peppermint oil – Helps clear nasal congestion and refresh the breath.

How It Works:

Zubes works by combining soothing oils and mild expectorants to calm throat irritation, reduce coughing, and help break up mucus. It is suitable for both dry (irritating) and productive (wet) coughs.

Dosage Instructions:

• Adults: Take one to two teaspoonfuls (5–10 mL) every 2 to 4 hours as needed.
