Items Eligible for Return
We can only accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Prescription medicines
- Over-the-counter medicines
- Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/purchase with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 hours after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Vicdoris Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
