1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vic Doris Store website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, such as placing orders, you must create an account and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@vicdorisstore.com.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and the laws of Ghana, including the Pharmacy Act, 1994 (Act 489). Prohibited actions include:
- Violating any laws or regulations.
- Providing false or misleading information, including invalid prescriptions.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
- Posting harmful, defamatory, or objectionable content.
- Disrupting the Site’s functionality.
Pharmacy-Specific Conduct:
- Provide valid, current prescriptions from licensed healthcare providers for prescription medications.
- Use medications only as prescribed for personal use; reselling or distributing is prohibited.
- Ensure medications are appropriate for your condition, following your healthcare provider’s instructions.
4. Products and Services
Vicdoris Store offers prescription and over-the-counter medications, as well as health and wellness products. Prescription medications require a valid prescription, and we may refuse to fill prescriptions deemed invalid or non-compliant with applicable laws.
- Registration: Vicdoris Store is a registered electronic pharmacy with the Pharmacy Council of Ghana, operating under an existing retail pharmacy license in compliance with the Pharmacy Council’s ePharmacy Policy.
5. Ordering and Shipping
Orders require accurate information, including shipping addresses. We process and ship orders within 3-5 business days, though shipping times vary by location. The client is responsible for paying all courier fees. We are not responsible for delays by carriers or losses due to incorrect addresses. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or military addresses. Track your order using provided tracking information.
- Prescription Verification: All prescription orders are verified by our licensed pharmacists before fulfillment. We reserve the right to request additional information or clarification from your healthcare provider if necessary.
6. Payments
We accept major credit cards, Bank transfer and Mobile Money payment, processed securely with industry-standard encryption. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including courier fees.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to health and safety regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed. For over-the-counter products, returns are accepted within 14 days if unopened and defective. Contact us at info@vicdorisstore.com for errors or defective products, and we will resolve issues promptly.
8. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Vicdoris Store or its licensors and protected by Ghanaian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Liability
Vicdoris Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from Site use, including lost profits or data, even if advised of such damages. You use the Site at your own risk, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to these practices.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, including the Pharmacy Act, 1994 (Act 489) and the Health Professions Regulatory Bodies Act, 2013 (Act 857), excluding conflict of law provisions. Disputes must be resolved in Ghanaian courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms, posting updates on the Site. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Review Terms periodically.
