Dosage & Administration

Adults & children over 12 years:
- Motion sickness: 2 tablets (30 mg) 2 hours before travel, then 1 tablet every 8 hours if needed
- Vertigo or inner ear disorders: 2 tablets (30 mg) three times a day
Children 5–11 years: Half the adult dose
Take after food to reduce stomach irritation
Tablets may be chewed or swallowed whole
