Chlorpheniramine syrup is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms caused by allergies, hay fever, cold, or flu. It helps reduce runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes, watery eyes, and throat irritation. It’s available in different strengths, often as 2 mg or 4 mg per 5 ml.
Dosage & Use

Adults and teens (12+): 5 ml every 4–6 hours as needed; maximum 6 doses in 24 hours
