Main Ingredients (per 5 ml):

• Paracetamol – 250 mg (relieves fever and pain)

• Phenylephrine HCl – 5 mg (nasal decongestant)

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate – 2 mg (antihistamine for sneezing and runny nose)

Uses:

• Relieves symptoms of common cold and flu

• Reduces fever, headache, body pain, sneezing, and nasal congestion

• Helps manage allergic symptoms such as runny nose and watery eyes

Dosage: (Unless otherwise directed by a physician)

• Adults and children 12+ years: 5 ml every 4–6 hours

• Children 6–12 years: 2.5–5 ml every 6 hours

• Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours

• Shake well before use

Common Side Effects:

• Drowsiness or dizziness

• Dry mouth

• Mild stomach upset

• Rare: palpitations, restlessness, or difficulty sleeping

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol during use

• Not recommended for children under 6 years unless prescribed

• Use with caution in people with:

  • Liver or kidney disease

  • Heart conditions or hypertension

  • Glaucoma or prostate problems

• May impair alertness – avoid driving or operating machinery
