Dosage & Administration

• Adults and children over 12: Usually one tablet once or twice daily, preferably after meals

• Children (6–12 years): Often ½ tablet daily, depending on prescribed dose

• Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew

• Dosage may vary based on age, hemoglobin levels, and medical advice
