  • Adults: 800 mg five times daily at approximately four-hour intervals, omitting the night-time dose. Treatment duration is typically 7 days.

  • Children (over 6 years): 800 mg five times daily at approximately four-hour intervals, omitting the night-time dose. Treatment duration is typically 7 days.

  • Elderly and patients with kidney problems: Dosage may need adjustment; consult a healthcare provider
